Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and improve operational costs, including staffing and units per hour (UPH).
  • •Re-engineer and design process flows, layouts, and workstations using CAD.
  • •Use time studies to create process outputs and labor standards; MOST is a plus.
  • •Leverage statistical analysis to report on fulfillment KPIs and create standard work.
  • •Serve as a liaison between Operations and Engineering and help with process improvement, forecasting, and RCA to reduce risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline.
  • •Experience with root cause analysis and using data to drive process improvements.
  • •Experience supporting a multi-site environment, working independently and in a team.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel (SQL experience desired).
  • •Familiarity with or experience in fulfillment and distribution processes; internship/co-op in an automated distribution/warehousing environment is desired.
