Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead sustainment programs aligned to organizational goals, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery with limited supervision and strong ownership.
  • •Manage integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, and issue tracking, providing transparent leadership reporting on scope, timelines, quality, and compliance.
  • •Own sustainment program management for a portfolio of medical devices (hardware, SaMD, connected platforms) to keep products in the field safe, compliant, and commercially viable throughout lifecycle.
  • •Drive roadmap clarity and execution for minor enhancements, defect remediation, cybersecurity updates, and regulatory-driven changes to balance speed, quality, and compliance.
  • •Implement and manage detailed program plans (timelines, resourcing, risk management, cross-functional dependencies) and monitor KPIs to mitigate risks and keep programs on track.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software medical device product development and/or program/project management experience with sustenance lifecycle exposure
  • •Hands-on experience managing in-market products including post-market surveillance, CAPA, and sustenance releases (patches, updates, minor features)
  • •Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and standards including ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO 14971
  • •Experience with SaMD and/or connected medical devices is highly preferred
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or similar, or 9+ years related experience
