Job Summary

Support execution of the Levi’s® brand and consumer strategy in Italy by leading seasonal PR, influencer, and engagement plans. Build and manage relationships with press, stylists, influencers, and cultural partners, and help transition to an in-house PR model. Coordinate end-to-end events and brand activations in Milan, manage agency partners, track A&P budget, and monitor performance to drive awareness, conversion, and ROI.

•Develop and execute seasonal PR, influencer, and engagement plans to drive awareness and conversion.
•Build and manage relationships with press, stylists, influencers, and cultural stakeholders while supporting the move to an in-house PR model.
•Plan and execute consumer events and brand activations, including coordination from concept to execution and support for showroom activities.
•Manage agency relationships, contribute to A&P budget tracking and reporting, and monitor performance to support ROI analysis.

Key Requirements

•About ~5 years of experience in PR, communications, influencer marketing, or brand marketing, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-driven industries.
•Established network or exposure to media, PR agencies, influencers, or talent (agency background is a plus).
•Strong understanding of the Italian cultural landscape, media ecosystem, and youth-oriented consumers.
•Proven experience managing events, activations, or PR initiatives end-to-end.
•Excellent project management, organizational skills, and stakeholder management (internal and external).
