Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out the role of Supervisor under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract with an ability to understand project documentation: drawings and specifications, with lived on-site construction delivery experience.
  • •Lead project meetings, report on progress, and manage client and cross-functional team relationships.
  • •Travel to site to provide a site-based Supervisor resource and ensure delivery to time and cost targets.
  • •Manage construction design and project documents to ensure compliance and delivery of project outcomes.
  • •Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the NEC suite of Contracts and Contracts Notices.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (Civil Engineering)
  • •Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus)
  • •NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation
  • •NEC Supervisor Accreditation
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS etc (preferred)
