Director Project Engineering

Lead a large, complex project engineering organization by directing managers and driving functional business plans and engineering strategy. Own delivery of SURF + SPS engineering scope, instill a “Safety as a Value” culture, and manage cost, schedule, quantity, and budget controls. Coordinate across departments, offices, fabrication, and construction, support change management, conduct project engineering assessments and monthly reviews, and contribute to proposals and continuous improvement.
