Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide pre-sales support by analyzing customer requests for cards and solutions.
  • •Understand the customer technical organization and requirements, and define requirements specifications for assigned customers.
  • •Translate customer needs into Thales internal specifications to be used by technical and production teams.
  • •Act as the technical interface for customers and may manage project progress for card products or FPER (Full Perso).
  • •May be responsible for project implementation of solutions (e.g., D1 Physical, D1 Digital).

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Engineering.
  • •Strong project management experience is a plus; PMP or related certification is preferred.
  • •Relevant experience in smartcard, embedded software, or services provider backgrounds, or within telecom or banking industries.
  • •Strong smart card knowledge is a plus; understanding EMV specifications is preferred.
  • •Excellent verbal/written communication, customer and business orientation, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
