Job Summary

Contractor CSSO for Special Access Program and SCI initiatives in El Segundo, responsible for leading security programs across personnel, physical, and information security. Will coordinate with government partners, manage SCI/SAP access, and ensure compliance with ICDs, NISPOM, and related directives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Interpret and implement security guidance based on ICDs, SEADs, 32 CFR Part 117, DoDM 5205.07, and other policies as applicable.
•Handle Customer Personnel Security Program requirements, including validation of SCI and SAP access, processing SCI and eligibility and polygraph requests, nomination interviews, and security briefings.
•Provide day-to-day Physical Security support including badging, access control and visitor control; ensure SCIF and SAP facility documentation is current.
•Assist program managers with classification guidance and program-related requirements (visit certifications, foreign travel reporting, proposal support).
•Ensure SCI and SAP material is properly controlled, transmitted, transported, packaged, safeguarded, and destroyed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent education and work experience.
•At least four years’ experience working with special programs in a ACSSO or CSSO role.
•Ability to work independently and possess knowledge over the full range of security principles, including but not limited to identifying and evaluating program risks/vulnerability; implementing mitigating improvement; and disseminating security procedures/processes.
•Build and maintain relationships with government security counterparts.
•DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility with current investigation and ability to maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance with Special Program accesses.
