Room Attendant

Provide clean, comfortable, and safe guest rooms to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Clean and maintain assigned rooms and suites per brand standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities. Empty and replace trash liners, handle guest laundry requests, and promptly report maintenance issues. Respond to guest complaints or requests with empathy, teamwork, and consistent hospitality standards.
