  • •Maximize availability and uptime via proactive planning, architectural decisions, automation, and rapid failure response.
  • •Improve user-facing speed by optimizing server-side and client-side interactions and coordinating with third-party services.
  • •Ensure services are safe and secure through proactive monitoring, enforcement, real-time response, and data integrity/backups for disaster recovery.
  • •Reduce friction for developers by answering questions quickly when issues arise.
  • •Participate across the full lifecycle of managing a large, globally distributed infrastructure setup.

  • •Have maintained large Nginx setups with advanced routing, load balancing, reliable performance, and high availability.

  • •Understand how these services relate to lower-level stacks such as filesystems, network, memory management, and kernel internals.
