Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-phase roadmap for platform modernization with resiliency and scalability in mind.
  • •Identify modernization opportunities, including simplification, consolidation, performance improvements, and enhanced network-based risk decisioning.
  • •Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for authorization and risk features.
  • •Lead platform roadmap planning, including dependency assessment, sequencing, change-management strategy, and operational readiness.
  • •Drive execution through agile ceremonies and release planning, coordinating testing readiness and communicating progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
