Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and maintain Nexthink and Nanoheal platforms to ensure optimal performance and integration with business processes.
  • •Implement configuration updates and develop workflows for end-user IT service desk functions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • •Monitor and maintain system health, performance, and reliability to meet business objectives.
  • •Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize downtime and improve performance, including reviewing automation solutions for improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •4 to 8 years of experience in automation development with Nexthink, Nanoheal, or similar solutions.
  • •Proven experience administering and implementing Nexthink automation platforms and tools.
  • •Basic understanding of Generative AI technologies and knowledge of machine learning and NLP/understanding techniques.
  • •Strong understanding of automation principles, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively in a team.
