Network Operations Center Engineer responsible for level 1/2 technical support across multi-entity infrastructures, ensuring continuity and reliability of network and security operations. Based in Porto with a 24/7 shift, you will monitor, troubleshoot, and implement changes, while collaborating with the team to drive service improvements in a fast-paced cybersecurity-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and respond to alerts from monitoring tools following established processes.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network problems, researching and implementing specific solutions.
•Manage network changes in accordance with change management processes.
•Prioritize operational tasks to meet or exceed defined SLAs.
•Identify, propose, and implement service improvements in collaboration with the team.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience working in a Network or Systems Operations Center (NOC) or equivalent formal training.
•Knowledge of monitoring platforms (Grafana, LogicMonitor, LibreNMS or similar).
•Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, PTP/NTP; OSPF, BGP, MPLS.
•Hands-on troubleshooting in multi-vendor environments (Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Check Point, Fortinet).
•Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
