Job Summary

Support Raytheon’s Planning organization by developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex programs. Maintain IMS compliance with government customer requirements, ensure resource loading with target budgets, and run critical path and schedule variance analysis with “what-if” scenarios. Communicate schedule status across weekly/monthly business rhythms and support EAC/LRE processes and master phasing schedules using scheduling tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide onsite support for development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project based on customer-provided scope.
•Detail plan and maintain the IMS through the program lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes to keep contract schedule baselines realistic and current.
•Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements across program phases and is resource loaded with target budgets and cost/schedule integration traceable to production scope.
•Conduct detailed analysis of IMS and supporting documents, including critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, and “what-if” exercises, and communicate schedule status to stakeholders as needed.
•Support EAC and LRE processes related to the Program IMS and develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 2 years of program planning/scheduling or project management experience.
•Experience creating and maintaining industry schedules using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software.
