Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite support for development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project based on customer-provided scope.
  • •Detail plan and maintain the IMS through the program lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes to keep contract schedule baselines realistic and current.
  • •Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements across program phases and is resource loaded with target budgets and cost/schedule integration traceable to production scope.
  • •Conduct detailed analysis of IMS and supporting documents, including critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, and “what-if” exercises, and communicate schedule status to stakeholders as needed.
  • •Support EAC and LRE processes related to the Program IMS and develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 2 years of program planning/scheduling or project management experience.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining industry schedules using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software.
