Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Salesforce lead-to-close sales process, including routing, qualification, territory assignment, and stage progression through discovery, UAT, change management, and adoption.
  • •Define and run the intake and prioritization model for hundreds of quarterly GTM systems requests to focus on highest-leverage business problems.
  • •Turn ambiguous revenue needs into BRDs, process flows, data models, and acceptance criteria with ROI justification, written clearly enough to execute without follow-up.
  • •Hold the quality gate by signing off that specifications are correct, and run vendor evaluations when the best option is to buy, integrate, or replace.
  • •Protect revenue data integrity by tracing anomalies through automations/integrations, owning reconciliation between Salesforce, usage-based billing, and cloud marketplace transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years in business systems, sales systems, revenue systems, or GTM systems with Salesforce as the primary platform.
  • •Strong sales process depth, including territory/account coverage, lead qualification and routing, stage gates, and pipeline/forecast hygiene.
  • •RevOps depth across quote-to-cash, CPQ, forecasting, territory/lead routing, or adjacent revenue processes.
  • •Technical fluency to read a data model, Salesforce Flow, and enough Apex to design against existing systems (without writing production code).
