Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead data center due diligence, planning, and design teams to deliver projects on schedule and to high quality; disciplines include prototype development, mass grading, stormwater management, utility design (power, telecom, water/wastewater), and roadways.
  • •Develop and enforce multi-site project and program management plans.
  • •Host and attend meetings with clients and external stakeholders.
  • •Proactively manage and communicate change throughout the project to clients and internal teams.
  • •Identify and mitigate project risks with creative solutions.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; eight (8) years of relevant experience or equivalent
  • •Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
  • •Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
