Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain coating equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance procedures and address intermediate-level alarms.
  • •Monitor equipment parameters and alarms via machine control panels and equipment computers.
  • •Monitor process data (including SPC) and make decisions to maintain process control; recognize conditions requiring escalation.
  • •Maintain inventory/in-process availability for the next shift and ensure waste is discarded timely; provide shift-change communication and training when requested.
