Technician- Coater I USA (C Crew/AM Shift)

Operate and maintain semiconductor coating equipment at the start of the manufacturing process for high-quality photovoltaic solar modules. Monitor machine control panels and equipment computers, respond to alarms, and use SPC concepts to keep process control. Perform preventative maintenance, light mechanical maintenance, and quality control while following safety procedures and housekeeping. Train on certified tasks and provide on-the-job training when requested, working effectively with cross-functional teams on tests and problem solving.
