Job Summary

Drive TikTok Shop fashion merchant growth by acquiring and incubating brands and key merchants, maintaining strong merchant relationships, and negotiating deals based on campaign or seasonality. •Build and maintain merchant relationships, and negotiate deals based on campaign or seasonality
•Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with merchants’ short- and long-term growth plans and establish JBPs
•Maintain seller service quality, including low cancellation/return rates and shipping performance, to improve conversion and customer satisfaction
•Manage mid- and long-tail merchants using scalable incubation and management programs and tools

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above
•4+ years of experience in e-commerce
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
•Strong attention to detail with an affinity for numbers, logical and problem-solving skills
•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
