Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Urbanism & Planning team in using digital tools such as GIS, BIM, and parametric/3D modeling to enhance analysis, visualization, and delivery.
  • •Collect, organize, and analyze spatial and non-spatial datasets to support planning and design decisions.
  • •Develop digital outputs including maps, dashboards, 3D models, and other visualizations for presentations and stakeholder communications.

Key Requirements

  • •UAE National with a family book (mandatory for Emiratisation).
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Geospatial Sciences, or related fields.
  • •Familiarity with GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS), BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks), and/or parametric modeling tools (Rhino, Grasshopper).
  • •Basic programming or data skills (e.g., Python, R, JavaScript) and exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) are an advantage.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
