Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pricing, billing, analytics, and revenue optimization capabilities for Commercial Payments and Treasury Management growth.
  • •Deliver advanced analytics through Power BI, SQL, predictive modeling, and executive performance dashboards.
  • •Develop enterprise sales and profitability insights including funnel analytics, revenue driver analysis, conversion modeling, and forecasting.
  • •Create next-best-product, cross-sell, and client segmentation strategies to improve revenue growth and client relationships.
  • •Present executive decision support using KPI frameworks, trend analysis, and business performance measurement while improving report/process design and data integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 8 years in banking/financial services and minimum 8 years data analytics experience.
  • •Expert knowledge of data analytics tools/languages/methodologies including SAS, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Excel, and Power BI, including writing complex SQL queries across data sources.
  • •Strong ability to review complex qualitative and quantitative datasets, derive insights, and present conclusions and recommendations.
  • •Demonstrated experience building data models/data products and selecting appropriate quantitative analysis techniques for the problem at hand.
