Key Responsibilities

  • •Support water and wastewater treatment projects using standard engineering techniques under supervision.
  • •Perform preliminary and detailed process engineering design (e.g., calculations, mass balances, hydraulic profiles, PFDs/P&IDs, and working drawings).
  • •Assist with equipment selection and coordinate supplier/vendor technical reviews and alternative comparisons.
  • •Collect, validate, and analyze technical data (flow, loading, water quality) to inform design decisions.
  • •Support construction services such as submittal reviews, RFIs, shop drawings, and site inspections, and help prepare technical memos and reports.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for site visits as needed.
  • •Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; able to work independently on defined tasks.
  • •Eligible to apply for P.Eng. with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) within four years.
  • •Co-op/internship or project experience supporting water or wastewater treatment processes.
