Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the franchise culture using Decimal values and oversee day-to-day firm operations.
  • •Oversee financial health including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability.
  • •Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws, including documentation of decisions and procedures.
  • •Lead accounting managers and delivery support: performance reviews, professional development, client onboarding to standards, and issue escalation.
  • •Review and sign off on complex client engagements and guide use of accounting platforms; support local growth through outreach, referrals, and community presence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • •7+ years of experience in accounting, advisory, or financial services.
  • •Track record managing client relationships directly, including reviewing and signing off on complex engagements.
  • •Experience managing teams that include managers or senior staff.
  • •Business development or sales experience, including client expansion and proposal work.
