Job Summary

Provide warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and sales floor while supporting store efficiency. Accurately operate POS, maintain cash wrap organization, and promote add-on products and gift cards. Receive and process shipments and transfers, manage stock levels, replenish the floor, and execute visual merchandising updates. Partner with the team to respond to customer needs, maintain housekeeping standards, and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.

•Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
•Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
•Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
•Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates, and maintain housekeeping and Loss Prevention standards.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock and sales), preferably in luxury retail; education and experience may be considered together.

•Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
