Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule appointments and place follow-up calls to current and former patients for hearing tests, consultations, and evaluations.
  • •Verify insurance benefits and authorization details and assist with patient support needs within the clinic.
  • •Provide first-level patient support, including greeting patients, answering questions, check-in/out, and collecting/process payments.
