Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences for AI-enabled RCM software, collaborating with engineers and internal billing teams.
  • •Create and maintain a design system from 0-1, including UI components, patterns, and design tokens, to scale across the product.
  • •Conduct user research and product discovery to inform features, workflows, and edge cases in complex billing processes.
  • •Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts and user flows.
  • •Lead AI-native design initiatives and contribute to strategy for evolving the product’s UX as the company grows.
