Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of large-scale distributed systems powering Test Cloud, including orchestration, execution, results/reporting, AI/agentic services, and supporting data/service layers.
  • •Set multi-quarter technical direction for Test Cloud and align with adjacent platform teams; represent Test Cloud in architecture reviews and technical engagements.
  • •Make architectural calls across the full stack, including API contracts, data flow, state management, and real-time/streaming behavior for test execution.
  • •Partner with product management and design to shape what to build, bring technical ideas that unlock value, and keep customer outcomes central to decisions.
  • •Mentor engineers, set team engineering standards, drive reliability using SLOs and observability tools, and modernize the platform by evaluating emerging technologies and engineering practices.

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years focused on distributed systems and backend architecture.
  • •Ability to take products/platforms from concept to production at scale with ownership and shipping mindset.
  • •Strong proficiency in one or more modern backend languages, with C# preferred and experience building on ASP.NET Core frameworks.
  • •Experience across the full stack, including REST/GraphQL APIs and ability to integrate basic UI components.
  • •Hands-on cloud and platform experience, including Azure (preferred) and containerization/orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
