Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and verify equipment and materiel turned in from Army units, and check turn-in documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • •Store, organize, and maintain items in warehouse locations, including stacking/palletizing, location surveys, bin checks, and cyclic inventories.
  • •Maintain segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, HAZMAT, and sensitive items; support inspections, condition coding, and audits/PARs.
  • •Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE to safely move and stage equipment; assist with packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation.
  • •Input and update property transactions in Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) and maintain warehouse logs and inventory control records.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of warehouse, supply, or logistics experience (Army or contractor preferred).
  • •Familiarity with Army turn-in and supply procedures.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply/property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-21).
  • •Ability to read and process Army documentation (DA and DD forms) and maintain accurate recordkeeping.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and receive favorable background check and drug test results.
