Job Summary

Oversee customer hardware and technology deployments at scale by managing engagements with installation partners and providing onsite oversight for complex installs. •Oversee customer installation engagements with partners, including de-risking projects to deliver smooth, high-quality deployments.
•Monitor installation milestone progress and resolve installation issues and challenges while maintaining quality standards.
•Serve as a point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting during install phases; address CSAT drivers and root causes of dissatisfaction.
•Support partners by creating project-specific installation guides and delivering onsite training to installer technicians.
•Provide onsite oversight for complex deployments (site readiness, access/communications, real-time troubleshooting, and onsite quality checks) and ensure SOW alignment and safety compliance.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems, including Controller Area Networks (CAN bus) and Power Take Off (PTO) for on-road/off-road vehicles and “yellow iron” equipment; basic electronics and electrical systems understanding.
•Fluent in English (verbal and written) and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; customer travel expected up to 50–70%.
