Key Responsibilities

•Manage the IT&D Lab Resilience program, overseeing deliverables, schedules, and finances while ensuring controls align with governance and IT&D standards.
•Create and maintain programme, project, and workstream plans, ensuring effective KPI/OKR reporting and regular updates to governance forums (Steering Committee, Design Authority).
•Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, aligning plans with stakeholders and communicating critical decisions to leadership.
•Own the lab resilience risk register, ensuring cyber, network, and availability risks are identified, mitigated, accepted, or escalated, and executed with lab-appropriate practicality.
•Drive value realization and post-implementation adoption by defining the target operating model (lab network operations, security incident response, support services) and leading the team with clear RACI, goals, and objectives.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of technology career with extensive change leadership experience.
•Lead delivery of major, complex digital transformation/resilience programs in networking, infrastructure, and security domains.
•Strong history delivering large-scale programs in GxP-regulated environments, using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
•Graduate or master’s degree in computer science (or equivalent) and ability to define and track resilience value metrics.
•Appropriate ITIL/PMI/PRINCE certification, with desirable knowledge of IT networking/infrastructure and Agile/DevOps methodologies (including Azure DevOps fundamentals).
