Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the US BCIM Assurance Testing Lead in coordinating the US BCIM annual testing plan and integrated calendar, including scheduling, stakeholder engagement, logistics, and deliverable tracking.
  • •Prepare and maintain standard materials (briefing packs, agendas, minutes/actions logs, evidence checklists) and ensure evidence packs are complete, organized, and audit-ready.
  • •Maintain trackers for issues/actions arising from exercises and incidents, coordinating updates with owners and supporting closure discipline (including re-test coordination if directed).
  • •Compile management information and support governance reporting by maintaining accurate underlying data (e.g., completion status, action ageing, recurring themes).
  • •Coordinate annual BIA refresh and BCP review/approval for a defined business portfolio, performing completeness/quality checks and maintaining an evidence-based audit trail.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a coordinator/analyst capacity supporting business continuity, incident management, operational resilience, operational risk, or control/assurance activities in a regulated environment (financial services preferred).
  • •Exposure to Operational Resilience testing for Important Business Services (IBSs) and/or scenario testing against impact tolerances.
  • •Experience coordinating third-party/supplier resilience testing evidence with relevant teams.
  • •Ability to coordinate end-to-end activity across multiple stakeholders (planning, scheduling, tracking, follow-up) with strong attention to detail and minimal supervision.
  • •Working knowledge of the BCM lifecycle (BIA, BCP maintenance, exercising/testing, lessons learned, actions management) and what “good evidence” looks like for audit and regulatory review.
