Payroll & Labor Accounting Specialist (Hybrid)

Support RTX Enterprise Services Accounting & Compliance by running the monthly payroll process, preparing complex journal entries, and completing accurate account reconciliations. Provide reporting and analysis for Finance leads, support internal and external audit requests, and collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll Operations, Payroll Tax, HR, Benefits Finance, vendors, Digital Technology, and Internal Controls. Drive process improvement and compliance with US GAAP, RTX policy, and U.S. government cost accounting standards (CAS).
