Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily resident transportation schedules, assigns transportation staff to trips/routes, and ensure timely completion of transportation services.
  • •Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for transportation requests, updates, and scheduling changes; coordinate with healthcare, family services, security, and facility leadership.
  • •Provide direct resident transportation to approved destinations (medical appointments, court appearances, government offices, airport transfers) and verify identity/documentation.
  • •Oversee facility vehicle and fleet readiness: conduct/oversee pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensure vehicles are clean/fueled/maintained, and maintain vehicle logs and mileage records.
  • •Maintain transportation schedules and documentation, document incidents/mileage/resident movements, support audits/compliance monitoring, and enforce safety/incident/emergency procedures.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate passenger vans and SUVs (no CDL required).
  • •Minimum three (3) years of professional driving/transportation and related experience; prior lead, supervisory, or coordinator experience preferred.
  • •Strong customer service, interpersonal communication, and professionalism in dynamic environments, including ability to maintain composure.
  • •Ability to work in a 24-hour operational environment and maintain accurate documentation/record keeping; CPR/BLS preferred.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances; must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
