Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure on-time delivery of multiple large-scale data center security projects for access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance across the US and Brazil region.
  • •Align security installation schedules and progress with data center project managers to support delivery timelines.
  • •Manage security vendors performing enterprise access control and video surveillance installation, programming, and testing.
  • •Guide site teams to monitor security infrastructure installation progress by data center providers.
  • •Drive security program initiatives, including reviewing security design standards, documentation, cost optimization, and security technology roadmap/knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Engineering or IT/security technology-related qualifications (e.g., PSP, CPP, CSPM or product-specific certifications).
  • •Lenel OnGuard, Milestone, and Genetec certifications.
  • •3+ years hands-on experience implementing enterprise video surveillance and access control systems, preferably for critical infrastructure projects.
  • •At least 1 year managing security vendors as an end user or client.
  • •Familiarity with physical security design standards for data centers in the US region and strong stakeholder management under conflicting priorities.
