Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate, select, and order equipment that is appropriate and cost effective for manufacturing TI products.
  • •Oversee installation, modification, upgrades, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • •Monitor and apply equipment manufacturer technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues.
  • •Study equipment performance and reliability and establish solutions to improve uptime.
  • •Provide technical support to equipment repair and process engineering organizations and define preventative maintenance schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or related engineering.
  • •2 years of experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment as an Equipment Engineer or Technician.
  • •Experience with CVD, PVD, Dry/Plasma Etch, or Ash equipment/processes in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • •Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and SPC techniques.
  • •Experienced with semiconductor cleanroom protocol and behaviors.
