Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • •Oversee planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects to meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • •Manage preparation and verification of constructional drawings, including negotiation and securing of technical and statutory approvals.
  • •Provide technical guidance and oversight on complex engineering problems while managing and allocating resources to optimize outcomes.
  • •Identify and mitigate engineering project risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position and 2 years GCC experience (plus).
  • •A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Professional degree/registration: MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
  • •Strong project management capabilities to oversee engineering project lifecycles, budgets, and schedules.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
