Key Responsibilities

•Define, own, and drive the architectural vision and technical roadmap for a major UI platform subsystem (e.g., internationalization and localization infrastructure), securing buy-in across dependent feature teams.
•Serve as the definitive design reviewer for high-impact proposals and cross-team interface specifications, ensuring long-term technical integrity and maintainability.
•Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve technical ambiguity for initiatives spanning multiple product teams, translating high-level product strategy into actionable technical architecture.
•Shape a culture of continuous learning by proactively sharing knowledge, mentoring Senior Engineers, and establishing best practices.
•Empower developers by building reusable components and robust design patterns that help other teams deliver world-ready UIs and APIs efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 160,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software development experience.
•Expertise in software architecture and implementation, with a strong background in Java, Python, or C++, and frameworks such as Spring, React.js, or Node.js.

•Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex concepts into clear narratives.
•Experience with UI platform infrastructure or internationalization/localization is a plus.
