•Provide engineering and troubleshooting support to maintenance execution and operations teams.
•Identify, own, and implement initiatives to improve safety, asset performance, reliability, and cost outcomes.
•Support capital project validation and delivery with technical input and practical engineering guidance.
•Initiate and facilitate root cause analysis to mitigate acute and chronic asset failures.
•Apply defect elimination and failure analysis to reduce repeat issues, improve equipment performance, and reconcile production loss accounting insights.
