Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, model, and implement capacity planning tools and processes for Hub Delivery across the UAE AMZL network.
  • •Gather, analyze, and apply operational data to establish network-wide standards with cross-functional teams.
  • •Build partnerships with operations field leaders and stakeholders (Central Operations, SnOP, DSP teams, Country ACES) to identify improvements and remove barriers.
  • •Analyze and resolve operational blockers using root cause analysis to improve network performance and partner experience.
  • •Represent UAE Hub Delivery operations in regional and global forums with insights, updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of program or project management experience, including driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • •6+ years of experience driving process improvement initiatives.
  • •Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • •Experience with programmatic process development and implementation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
