Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead autonomous and team-based delivery of key projects, following PM guidelines and toolkit per contractual requirements.
  • •Plan and deliver construction projects from concept to completion.
  • •Manage design development, coordination, reviews and approvals during planning and construction phases.
  • •Undertake procurement management, including review of trade tender packages and appointing contractors with probity.
  • •Monitor and report on project costs, schedules, approvals, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects internationally.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
