Job Summary

Senior Applications Engineer responsible for delivering and supporting digital manufacturing software across Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Operations in Constellation Brands’ Mexico operations. Leads end-to-end lifecycle from requirements through design, testing, deployment and support, collaborating with IT, vendors and business stakeholders to drive ROI and seamless technology adoption across multiple breweries.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, design, test, implement, and support applications as part of the Digital Manufacturing applications strategy across Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Operations.
•Collaborate with stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to gather and prioritize requirements and translate them into deployable, scalable solutions, coordinating across business, change management and IT domains.
•Support and continuously improve deployed applications, provide exceptional customer service, and analyze process issues to drive improvements or corrective actions.
•Convert roadmap features into agile user stories, define workloads, and develop executable release plans with clear milestones.
•Prepare and report Applications program status to stakeholders and manage deployment cycles, identifying roadblocks, risks, and success criteria.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent
•5+ years of experience in digital applications and manufacturing systems (preferred)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present at all levels of the organization
•Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with ability to gather, translate and prioritize requirements
•Experience with digital applications implementation lifecycle, troubleshooting, configuration of applications, software design/testing/change management, and collaboration with BI teams
