Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, design, test, implement, and support applications as part of the Digital Manufacturing applications strategy across Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Operations.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to gather and prioritize requirements and translate them into deployable, scalable solutions, coordinating across business, change management and IT domains.
  • •Support and continuously improve deployed applications, provide exceptional customer service, and analyze process issues to drive improvements or corrective actions.
  • •Convert roadmap features into agile user stories, define workloads, and develop executable release plans with clear milestones.
  • •Prepare and report Applications program status to stakeholders and manage deployment cycles, identifying roadblocks, risks, and success criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent
  • •5+ years of experience in digital applications and manufacturing systems (preferred)
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present at all levels of the organization
  • •Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with ability to gather, translate and prioritize requirements
  • •Experience with digital applications implementation lifecycle, troubleshooting, configuration of applications, software design/testing/change management, and collaboration with BI teams
