Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute CPU verification plans to validate CPU logic against architectural and microarchitectural specifications.
  • •Create scalable, reusable verification environments using UVM-based testbenches and functional coverage models.
  • •Analyze functional coverage results, identify verification gaps, and implement coverage closure plans.
  • •Run complex system-level simulations and debug pre-silicon issues with root-cause analysis.
  • •Collaborate with CPU architects, RTL developers, and physical design teams; maintain verification infrastructure and automation flows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM with 1+ years of relevant experience (or MS/PhD with 3 months educational/work experience).
  • •Experience with hardware modeling languages (Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog) and industry-standard simulation tools.
  • •UVM-based testbench development for reusable, scalable verification environments.
  • •Programming skills in Python, Perl, or C++.
  • •CPU microarchitecture fundamentals and experience with debugging/validation, including functional coverage analysis and root-cause analysis.
