Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience developing and deploying deep learning models for sequential data such as time series or language models.
  • •Proven track record leading model development, including setting technical direction, managing projects, communicating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members.
  • •Experience producing and managing reliable, maintainable code in SQL/Python, including code reviews and setting software engineering best practices.
  • •Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers, including training on GPUs or GPU clusters.
  • •Strong understanding of probability and statistics, plus experience working with structured and unstructured data such as text, logs, or time series and tokenisation techniques.
