Key Responsibilities

  • •Model electrical installations in REVIT 3d for data center projects.
  • •Prepare and manage schedules, estimates, progress reports, and procurement activities.
  • •Perform electrical engineering and design across all project phases in line with client and national/international standards.
  • •Develop and check LV/MV electrical drafting and modeling deliverables including load lists, single line diagrams, network diagrams, electrical schematics, and layouts (lighting, cable routing, earthing).
  • •Develop MEP REVIT content, utilize and check vendor data/drawings, develop bills of quantities, manage progress/quality control, and support project handover and closeout documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years relevant experience as a BIM Modeler in the built environment.
  • •Proficient user of Autodesk Revit (REVIT 3d), able to draw/model with limited supervision and create content within a specific discipline.
  • •Intermediate user in other core discipline-specific software.
  • •Ability to perform detailed electrical drafting/modeling for LV and MV installations.
  • •Experience developing/checking outputs such as load lists, single line/network diagrams, and electrical schematics.
