  • •Develop and maintain scalable moderation and support workflows, including Code of Conduct enforcement and escalation paths
  • •Coach and support moderators and community champions; recruit and onboard new moderators as the community grows
  • •Create content systems, surface community insights to Product/Marketing/Support, and monitor engagement/health metrics to run experiments and improve outcomes

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in digital community management, online engagement, or community program management in a global or distributed environment
  • •Own day-to-day operations for a large online community (Slack/Discord/forum), including moderation, member support, and community health
  • •Experience building and improving moderation and support workflows (triage, escalation paths, response playbooks) and enforcing Code of Conduct
  • •Strong written communication and facilitation skills, including de-escalating issues and encouraging productive conversation
  • •Experience using community tooling and analytics (e.g., Slack workflows and Common Room) to track engagement, identify trends, and drive improvement
