Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in completing construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling project execution, including quality inspections and onsite supervision.
  • •Manage subcontractors and ensure customer satisfaction onsite.
  • •Ensure required construction results are achieved within scope, time, quality, and schedule.
  • •Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environments by following and enforcing standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • •Review construction documentation and manage security and access onsite for compliance and buildability/commission readiness.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably a tertiary qualification in engineering with a trade background.
  • •10+ years of related industry experience in brownfield contracts doing retrofit and upgrade work.
  • •Experience in security or controls, including construction/site supervision of controls, mechanical, or electrical personnel.
  • •Knowledge of design management, project management, quality management, supervision, and schedule/subcontractor management.
  • •Strong team leadership for day-to-day onsite activities, including time and resource management with HSE and subcontractor management.
