Key Responsibilities

  • •Build recruiting AI systems that extract structured resume signals, develop lead scoring models, and automate candidate screening and engagement workflows.
  • •Create security and compliance automation for customer workflows, including contract review flows and automated questionnaire/compliance response generation.
  • •Develop operational infrastructure tools for accounts receivable automation, finance-related email workflows, and enterprise onboarding/account setup.
  • •Own third-party integrations and platform work across internal systems, including CRM integrations and API-based connectivity.
  • •Build GTM and growth automation such as HubSpot and Lark automations, lifecycle automation, personalization, and outbound email pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
  • •New graduate or up to 1 year of professional software engineering experience.
  • •Strong engineering ability shown through internships, research, personal projects, or startup experience.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals (backend, full-stack, or systems).
  • •Hands-on experience building with LLMs, AI agents, or modern AI tooling.
