Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the corporate-issued mobile device program, including device standards, issuance rules, and scaling from first region to all regions.
  • •Own global logistics for issuing hardware, including procurement partners, regional coverage, spares, and refresh cycles.
  • •Bring mobile configuration into the config-as-code pipeline and implement progressively rolled-out mobile policies.
  • •Build zero-touch enrollment for iOS (Apple Business Manager/ADE with managed Apple accounts) and the zero-touch equivalent on Android.
  • •Manage mobile policy, compliance, and device lifecycle (issue to wipe), including telemetry on device check-ins and state drift and managed app distribution.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years managing corporate mobile/device fleets at thousands-of-devices scale, end to end across regions.
  • •Deep experience with iOS device management (enrollment flows, Apple Business Manager/ADE, APNs, certificate lifecycle) and working knowledge of Android device management.
  • •Treat device configuration as code and have moved past manual console work.
  • •Experience running underlying MDM infrastructure (self-hosted servers and/or cloud) and using IaC/configs that ship as code.
  • •Experience building or launching corporate device programs and defining how they coexist with BYOD.
