Key Responsibilities

•Define and optimize rider payment and incentive models across diverse markets, ensuring consistency with financial discipline and KPI goals.
•Continuously evaluate the financial impact of payment models and monitor cost-per-order (CPO) trends to align incentives with profitability.
•Dive into large datasets to identify trends and inefficiencies in rider payments and logistics operations, translating insights into strategic recommendations.
•Execute and drive regional rollout of advanced data science models and automated tools for rider payments and operational efficiency.
•Support testing and rollout of new pay components (e.g., dynamic pricing, surge models) and refine incentive structures to improve logistics performance.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional experience in high-growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
•University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
•Technical Fluency: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Looker.
•Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
•Experience in the gig economy, marketplace dynamics, or logistics is a strong plus.
