Own the full enterprise customer journey, from first meeting and workflow discovery through workflow implementation, expansion, and renewal planning. Key Responsibilities

•Own the full customer lifecycle (new logo, expansion, renewal) as the single account owner for a book of business.
•Design and build workflow solutions live with customers by running discovery and co-building in Notion.
•Partner with BDRs on target account planning and co-own outbound motion, running direct outreach to priority stakeholders.
•Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope and implementation path.
•Guide early implementation with an adoption plan and partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, expansion strategies, and renewal execution.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
•Technical fluency to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot live in front of customers.
•Strong discovery and qualification skills to map customer workflows and translate them into commercial outcomes and adoption plans.
•Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder cycles including procurement, legal, and security review.
•Ability to operate with agency and urgency while presenting simple ways to solve complex problems.
