Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead ODM/OEM partner programs by identifying customer requirements early and aligning them with internal development plans.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to clarify customer requirement scope (CRDs) and ensure deliverables are included in AMD NPI product plans.
  • •Define, track, and maintain overall program schedules, milestones, and risks; monitor and report progress to executives through inception-to-production.
  • •Coordinate AMD product changes with customers and internal teams (including ECNs, BOM, and security updates) until fully implemented.
  • •Run customer program meetings and calls, document action items, drive corrective actions and lessons learned, and support customer relationship management and pre-sales activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,446,410 - 2,066,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a technical program management role or a customer support role.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills, with excellent communication and negotiating abilities.
  • •Ability to work effectively in cross-functional organizations and manage complex, fast-moving programs independently.
  • •Familiarity with enterprise operating systems, device drivers, ROCm, firmware, and BIOS.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering; PMP certification or formal project management education.
