Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze sales, gross margin, and P&L performance, along with key business performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • •Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast planning cycles; monitor performance vs. plan and identify risks and opportunities.
  • •Prepare monthly business performance reports by consolidating inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Service teams.
  • •Act as a business finance partner to support commercial and financial decision-making, including growth opportunity assessment and strategic initiative evaluation.
  • •Manage KPIs, ensure data accuracy, oversee financial data integrity in ERP (MS Business Central) and reporting systems, and drive improvements in reporting processes and controlling practices.
