Business Finance Specialist

Analyze sales, gross margin, and P&L performance to deliver actionable insights to management. Own budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast planning cycles while tracking performance vs. plan and surfacing risks and opportunities. Consolidate inputs across Sales, Marketing, and Service to publish monthly business performance reports. Partner with cross-functional teams, support MD leadership decisions, manage KPI accuracy, and maintain financial data integrity in MS Business Central and reporting systems.
